SamsungSafe contained Samsung products at heavily reduced prices. Customer's could only gain access once they purchased a Samsung phone or tablet in store and provided the IMEI code. The challenge was to create a digital experience that allowed customer’s to easily browse through products, pick the product they wanted and quickly move through to ordering. This was achieved through clear and simple navigation and a seamless and intuitive user flow. The experience was complimented by an email that went out to customer’s providing them with their order summary and when/where they could pick it up.
